A successful and highly respected accountancy practice based in Carryduff is seeking a Bookkeeper/Accounts Technician to join their busy team.

This is an opportunity to join an established team with responsibility for maintaining accurate financial records for a range of clients. You would be joining an experienced and supportive environment with good prospects for progression.

The Role:

• Processing invoices and payments, ensuring they are accurate and recorded correctly
• Reconciling bank statements and other financial transactions
• Preparing financial statements and reports
• Assisting with payroll processing and tax returns
• Providing support to clients with their bookkeeping needs

The Person :

• Previous experience as a Bookkeeper within an Accountancy Practice
• Accounts Technician qualified would be ideal
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage or Xero
