Responsibilities
  • Execute precise assembly of bespoke furniture according to design specifications
  • Bring a keen eye for detail and craftsmanship to ensure each product meets our high-quality standards.
  • Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Work to production schedules
  • Assist the factory team to carry out month-end stock take each month
  • Travel to customer’s homes to support installation team when required
  • Occasional pickups from suppliers
  • Ensure work is of a high standard to support Right-First-Time target
  • Be fit, punctual, polite and enthusiastic
  • Support the manufacturing team and team of fitters when required
  • Always follow health and safety procedures within the factory
Criteria
  • A minimum of 1 year’s workshop joinery experience
  • Passion for producing high-quality, customised products.
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
  • Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
