This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company in a newly created role. Reporting to the Finance Director, the position holder will be responsible for managing daily admin tasks for the accounts department, entering of supplier invoices, ensuring that customer invoices are generated on time, contacting customers for unpaid bills and overseeing various inbox’s to ensure customer and suppliers needs are met.
General daily administration tasks (monitoring emails/scanning and filing documents etc)
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook etc.
