This is unique and exciting opportunity to join a business as they look to embed a new Risk, Control and Audit function, offering you an exciting opportunity to oversee critical risk management strategies and ensure business resilience. The Insurance and Business Continuity Manager role is pivotal in safeguarding the company's operations. This position offers competitive remuneration and the chance to work with a talented team in developing robust risk management strategies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in insurance and business continuity planning within the FMCG sector (Other industries will be considered).
Key Responsibilities of the Insurance and Business Continuity Manager:
Develop and implement comprehensive insurance and business continuity plans
Assess and mitigate potential risks to the company's operations
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure effective risk management
Conduct regular reviews and updates of business continuity procedures
Provide expert advice on insurance matters and claims management
Required knowledge and experience for the Insurance and Business Continuity Manager role:
Proven experience in insurance and business continuity management within the FMCG sector
Strong understanding of risk assessment and mitigation strategies
Relevant professional qualifications in insurance or business continuity
Ability to lead and implement complex projects
