KS1/ KS2 PPA Cover Teacher We are recruiting for a Primary Teacher for a Primary School in Atherton (M46) to work on a long-term basis starting as soon as possible until summer Could this be the role for you? Join our mission to Make Life Kind in the classroom and beyond… The KS1/ KS2 PPA Cover Teacher role is to start as soon as possible and running until the end of July 2024. This KS1/ KS2 PPA Cover Teacher role is working 5 x full days per week Monday to Friday 08:30am- 16:00pm. The role of a KS1/ KS2 PPA Cover Teacher is to work across all year groups covering PPA as and when required to do so. You will be given a time-table to follow each week and you will work closely with the class Teachers and Support Staff whilst undertaking PPA. Why choose Milk?   • Teaching the children in class, ensuring they complete their work
  • Guiding children through the curriculum and marking working
  • Managing behaviour
  • Upholding school’s behaviour and safeguarding policies
  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons
Non-negotiables:
  • You must have relevant experience teaching pupils
  • Hold QTS
  • Knowledge of the national curriculum
  • Be passionate and understanding
  • Have confidence in managing classes of pupils
  • Excellent organisational skills to keep on top of marking and lesson planning
  • Good communication skills
