Responsibilities for Wholesale Sales Coordinator will include:
Supporting the Key Account Managers and wider sales team
Processing wholesale orders, managing the order book
Supporting retail customers via email to assist with queries, handling any order inquiries and provide necessary information
Supporting the team in building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory records
Generating sales reports to identify trends and opportunities
Maintaining and updating customer records on the CRM system
Previous administration / office experience, Sales Administration experience an advantage
Proficient with Microsoft Office and IT systems
