Platform Support Analyst - London/Hybrid - Permanent - £45k
My client, a leading Lloyds Syndicate are on the lookout for a Platform Support Analyst. As a Platform Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the technical support and maintenance of their insurance platform. Your primary responsibilities will include providing assistance to both external and internal users, managing support tickets, facilitating user setup and onboarding, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our platform while delivering outstanding customer service.
Troubleshoot support queries from system users, both internal and external.
Raise tickets with software vendors' support teams, providing detailed information for swift resolution.
Manage support tickets through to resolution, including prioritization and stakeholder communication.
Assist in user setup, contract management, and onboarding of new brokers and coverholders.
Conduct ad hoc platform demos when necessary.
Previous experience with an online system/platform, with Lloyds of London insurance experience being advantageous.
Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer/technical support.
Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to delivering exceptional service.
