Job Title: Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer

As a Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the development and enhancement of their platform. This fully remote position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong career ambitions, as there is potential for growth into a lead or software manager role within the coming years. Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable Ruby on Rails applications
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards
Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior team members
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Ruby on Rails development

7+ years of professional experience in Ruby on Rails development
~ Proficiency in relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
~ Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React is a plus.
~ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
~ Fully remote
