This could be the beginning or continuation of an interesting career in the poultry and livestock vaccination industry.

In this role you would travel to all areas of the UK and Ireland to provide advice on the vaccination equipment this company supplies - vaccination is a complex process and its vital that vaccines are administered correctly.

You would be responsible for servicing the vaccination equipment and training operatives in best practices for storing, transporting, preparing and administering vaccines.

This is a homebased role that requires significant travel and the ability to manage your calendar efficiently. Your time will be split between being onsite at various locations and working from home completing paperwork and reports. To be successful in this job you must be flexible and understand that, as with all jobs working with animals, this is not a 9-5 job with set hours.

Applicants of all experience levels will be considered for this role - including graduates. Full training will be provided.

The role:

  • Travelling to sites in UK and Ireland
  • Vaccination equipment servicing
  • Training operatives to use vaccination equipment
  • Training operatives how to store, handle, prepare and administer vaccines
  • Monitoring vaccination process to ensure successful administration
  • Provide technical support via phone, email or onsite

What you will have:

  • Good communication skills
  • Willing to travel
  • Full UK driving license
  • Flexibility
  • Animal Science or similar degree (desirable)
  • Understanding of poultry diseases and vaccines (desirable)
