Manage all aspects of the construction site, ensuring the project is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards.

* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure effective project execution.

* Conduct regular site inspections and implement quality control measures.

* SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification is mandatory.

* Extensive experience in managing high-end residential construction projects.
