Lead Project Engineer - Belfast

Our client is the UK's leading LPG supplier, offering a range of off-grid energy options for heating, cooking, and other needs to homes and businesses.

Role Overview:

Oversee engineering projects across Terminals, cylinder plants, and COMAH sites in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Propose project schedules and collaborate with the team and Engineering Manager.
  2. Support and guide project engineers to ensure on-time, budget-compliant completion.
  3. Manage project budgets , oversee contractors, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  4. Collaborate with key stakeholders , present project status reports, and lead monthly meetings.
Project Ownership:

Execute project schedules, manage budgets, and oversee contractors. Ensure timely completion and compliance with safety standards.

General Duties:

Mentor team members, represent Calor in technical committees, and collaborate with the Engineering Team.

Who we're looking for:

Degree in an engineering related subject, 3+ years' experience of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in the energy industry is advantageous. Full clean driving license required for essential travel.
