The company is committed to being the first-choice care home for residents and colleagues, operating over 100 homes across the UK.

As a Regional Quality Lead, you will:
Lead the delivery of top-notch health and care experiences for residents.
Boost Home Managers to achieve the best care outcomes within the homes
Develop Deputy Home Managers to ensure high-quality care and quality of life for residents.
Work with with Home Managers on action plans for inspections.

Background Working to a senior level in care homes
