​I am friendly, easy going, and I love people. I am geeky and love reading books, surfing and exploring outside.
I spent my early career as a youth worker, I then went on to work with teenagers from a variety of backgrounds who needed support after leaving school to find their path.
More recently I wrote and delivered a program for 5th and 6th year High School Students who wanted to find their passion and route themselves. I have been a practitioner of NLP for 9 years. I am an accredited True Purpose Life Coach.
I am a professional communicator, a trainer, a writer and a life coach. I'm based in Scotland, and I work with people from all around the world, who are looking to discover their calling in life, do something they truly love and create more balance in their daily routines.
Using my two programs Program True & Own Your Journey (for Teens), which I have carefully created, I help people recognise their passions, gifts and strengths, and then I work with my clients to identify and release blocks and fears which are holding them back. I especially love seeing the confidence in my clients building; enabling them think clearly with purpose and begin creating a brighter and more fulfilling future for themselves.

I offer a free initial 15 minute skype call to talk through how my programs work and make sure you feel we are a good match.
HOW I LIKE TO COACHI coach over Skype, using my beautifu hand written program manuals which you can work through at your own pace with my guidance and support.
OFFERINGS ONLINE COACHINGA beautiful course created by me, for us to work through together. Initially we'll have a 15 minute Skype call, free of charge, to talk through the program. Then, if you feel we are a good match, I'll send you through my welcome pack, which includes a questionnaire and my beautiful Program Manual. Then, over the next few weeks I'll guide you through the manual and we'll have as many Skype sessions as you want to get you feeling more focussed , confident and with a plan in place to put your passions, wants and needs into action, while building yourself an exciting and bright future.
