As they continue to expand their analytics capabilities, they are seeking a few highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Scientist to join their award winning team.
Data Analysis and Modelling:
Utilise statistical methods and machine learning techniques to analyse complex datasets.
Proficient in programming languages such as, C#, Python, R, or Java to manipulate and analyse large datasets.
Develop and maintain efficient and scalable code for data analysis tasks.
Data Cleaning and Pre-processing:
Clean and pre-process raw data for analysis, ensuring data quality and integrity.
Implement data wrangling techniques to handle missing values and outliers.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and business analysts to integrate data-driven solutions into operational processes. Implement machine learning models into production systems, ensuring scalability and efficiency. Monitor and optimise deployed models for ongoing performance improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in data science and machine learning. Propose and implement innovative approaches to enhance data analytics capabilities.
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
Strong programming skills in languages such as, C# Python, R, or Java.
Proven experience in applying statistical methods and machine learning techniques to real-world problems.
Solid understanding of data pre-processing, cleaning, and feature engineering.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau).
