Cambridge Cambridgeshire, United Kingdom BookBrunch Limited Full time
Cambridge Literary Festival - Festival Manager

We are looking for a well organised, versatile Festival Manager to be responsible for the delivery of all festivals and individual events

The role has a focus on logistics and delivery but has creative or development opportunities for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities will include responsibility for planning and managing all Festival operations, including organising venues, Festival staff (including volunteers) and box office. You will work with the Festival Director by contributing to additional programming.

You will be joining a small and busy team so you need to be able to multi-task and think on your feet. A natural problem solver, you will be able to take personal responsibility for your own work as well as contributing to the team. You will have the ability to establish robust working relationships, and with a strong commitment to excellence you will deliver a top-quality experience for speakers, audiences, supporters and sponsors. Excellent communications skills are a must, as is attention to detail.
