About role:
Create innovative and fashion-forward designs for our brands.
Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and adapt them to our brand's aesthetic.
Work closely with the creative team to develop concepts, sketches, and mood boards.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are feasible and cost-effective.
Select fabrics, colors, and trims, and work on pattern development.
Oversee the fitting and adjustments of samples to ensure high-quality execution.
Present design ideas to management and stakeholders for feedback.
Maintain the brand’s unique identity while pushing the boundaries of design innovation.
Research and source sustainable materials and practices where possible.
Assist in developing seasonal collections and capsule drops.
Key Skills:
Proven experience as a Fashion Designer, preferably in luxury or streetwear.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and expertise.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools).
Excellent understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and technical aspects of fashion.
Strong trend analysis and creative skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
