Sales Director Location: Chester/Manchester
Our client is a leading multidisciplinary agency, home to a team of 55 specialists in strategy, design, digital, social media, 3D animation, photography, video, and motion services. Located in the heart of Chester our Manchester city centre, they boast a global clientele, particularly focusing on industrial and manufacturing brands. Their mission is to develop marketing strategies that achieve unparalleled ROI for our clients, with services ranging from rebranding and commercial strategy to integrated marketing campaigns and product launches.

We are seeking a Sales Director to lead the agency's continued growth in North America. The agency is known for delivering high-impact marketing strategies and exceptional ROI for global industrial manufacturing brands.

Client Relationship Management : Sales Process Management : Manage the full sales cycle from identifying opportunities to closing deals.
Team Building : Develop and nurture a team, starting with a US-focused lead generator.
Financial Reporting : Report key financial data to the senior leadership team on a weekly basis.
Establish and maintain long-lasting client relationships in the industrial sectors served by the agency.


Commercial Acumen : Exceptional ability to drive profitability and achieve sales targets.
Confident, personable, and customer-focused with excellent relationship-building skills.
Sales Expertise : Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate retainer contracts.
Willingness to Travel : Ability and willingness to travel regularly to the USA.
