Do you possess the patience, empathy, and dedication to support students in reaching their full potential? If so, we invite you to join our dynamic team as a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant.

We believe in the importance of personalized education, tailored to meet the unique needs of each child, including those with special educational needs.

The Role: As a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with classroom teachers and SENCOs (Special Educational Needs Coordinators) to support students with a range of learning difficulties or disabilities. Providing one-on-one support to students with SEN, ensuring they have access to the curriculum and can participate fully in classroom activities.
Implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies to support student progress and development.
Promoting inclusion and fostering positive relationships between students, teachers, and parents/carers.
Observing and assessing student progress, providing feedback to teachers and contributing to the review of support :

Previous experience working with children or young people with special educational needs is desirable.
Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to respond to the changing needs of students and the school environment.
Relevant qualifications or training in SEN support (desirable but not essential).
