Role

  • We are seeking a Company Commercial / Corporate Solicitor who can demonstrate commercial awareness
  • Providing a quality, tailored and supportive legal service to a range of high net worth clients based locally, in London and further afield.
  • Responsible for managing a mixed caseload of M&A, company/commercial work, reorganisations, shareholders agreements, together with commercial contracts

You

  • 1-4 PQE
  • Passionate and enthusiastic
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise effectively
