Daily Rate From £350 to £400
Contract Details: Temporary, 9 months
Our client, a software company in the tax compliance industry, is seeking a Project Manager to support their Senior Project Manager in coordinating project activities and ensuring successful project delivery. This is a temporary role, with a contract length of 9 months, based in Brighton.
As a Project Manager, you will work closely with colleagues across various teams and locations, requiring excellent communication and collaboration skills. The role will involve a mix of remote and office-based work, with hybrid working arrangements available. Provide day-to-day assistance to the Senior Project Manager in project delivery.
Work on multiple projects and gradually transition to leading these projects.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Schedule and facilitate project meetings, documenting decisions and next steps.
Break down projects into manageable tasks, setting timeframes and goals.
Create and update workflows, conduct risk analyses, and other project documentation.
Monitor project progress and address any potential issues.
Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
Measure and report on project performance.
Act as the primary point of contact for all participants on smaller projects.
Minimum of 2 years of related project management experience.
Knowledge of the full project management lifecycle.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software, especially Excel.
Strong organisation and time-management skills.
Work experience as a junior Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
Hands-on experience with flowcharts, business analysis documentation, and project documentation.
Experience with project management software, flowcharting software, and SalesForce.
