Howden, Corporate & Commercial are on the hunt for a Claims Executive who will be responsible for the pro-active management of all claims from cradle to grave, whilst always aware of the clients needs throughout the process. Please note this is a full-time, permanent opportunity. You will be based in our Bedford office and ideally be onsite for 3 days per week on average.

 
Monitoring and analysis of claim trends to be discussed and reviewed with Risk Management. 
Building and developing close working relationships at a senior level with each of our partners, including Insurers and Loss Adjusters. 
Communication – ensuring that there are clear lines of communication throughout the team and sharing all relevant information with the Claims Director, Account Executives Corporate Client team. 
Interaction with new business teams and providing assistance in securing new clients with a focus on our ‘Excellence in Claims’ offering. 
Training and Mentoring with the team and wider Claims Division.
Producing claims reports to ensure best policy presentation prior to renewals, and attend client meetings as and when required.
Good level of technical insurance skills, to be assessed by regular in-house testing.
GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
