So, in a nut-shell you will be the bridge between our research and development team and our manufacturing team.
Good news is, both teams are based 5 mins from each other, so discussions are easily had and stakeholders are easily accessible to make decisions.
we are open to people from a project management, manufacturing, NPI or R&D background.
We are designing, building, testing and shipping what we think is the best heat pump in the market for the UK's largest electricity supplier and you get to play a very important part of that.
Say, R&D have a new component they would like to add in to the heat pump to improve efficiency but it would have an increase on the production takt time and cause a bottleneck in manufacturing.
you will be tasked with utilising your knowledge of engineering change, production efficiency and manufacturing to troubleshoot and resolve the issue to be mutually beneficial for both parties.
