What you'll do
Your key accountabilities will include
- Define and implement a Technical Skills Framework for all Engineering teams at Castle Donington to improve the capabilities and performance of the Engineering teams
- Provide clarity to the Engineering Team Manager and the Asset Manager of the required performance levels and agree measures to close gaps
- Manage the Engineering Apprenticeship programme for M&S at Castle Donington
- Perform audits against the Engineering Standards for work completed and clear actions for improvement for the Engineering teams and help enable & embed change
- Exploit our suite of metrics to drive performance including OEE, MTTR, MTBF

Your skills and experience will include
- Engineering background with experience in Automation or Manufacturing with the ability to work in a matrix structure
- Coaching and mentoring experience
- Tenacious and adaptable leader who can deliver at pace
- Strong influencing skills with a collaborative communication style
- Outstanding problem solver who drives for the root cause & permanent corrective action
