Job Title: Material Planner/Customer Support Analyst
Contract: Temporary Position
Location: Desford - Hybrid working.

To strive to achieve maximum customer service, minimum inventory investment and efficient material flow to increase availability and provide assurance of supply for our customers, whilst keeping premium freight to a minimum spend.
Whilst also building and maintaining strong professional relationships with our key partners globally.

Collaboration with customers via phone/email/Teams and online tools.
• Accountability for identifying and resolving future risk for customers production.
• Management of Outbound Premium Freight/reduction in costs
• Project Support
• Ownership of any root cause and corrective action analysis required.
• Interpersonal & Relationship Building
• Analytical Problem Solver & Root Cause Analysis
• Proficient user in Excel
