We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Behaviour Support Mentor to join a reputable SEN (Special Educational Needs) School. As a Behaviour Support Mentor, you will play a crucial role in providing guidance and assistance to students with diverse needs, ensuring a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Provide one-on-one support to students with behavioural difficulties, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their academic and personal goals.
Implement strategies and interventions to manage and improve challenging behaviours, in collaboration with teaching staff and SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator).
Assist in the development and implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs), tailored to students' specific needs and abilities.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour incidents, ensuring compliance with school policies and procedures.
Collaborate with colleagues and external professionals, such as educational psychologists and social workers, to provide holistic support to students and their families.Minimum of 6 months' experience working within a SEN environment, preferably in a similar role.
