My client based in Letchworth are on the hunt for a Welder to join their busy team, on a Temp to Perm basis. 5 years minimum welding experience is needed for this position, so if you feel like this would be the right fit for you then please do make contact. The hours for this role are Monday to Thursday 8am-16:30pm, and Friday 8am-16:00pm Key Requirements as a Welder:
- To weld shop fitting units, using both MIG and TIG methods
- To maintain and update the count sheets, and return to Metalwork Manager
- To meet Welding targets set by the Metalwork Manager
- Maintain and keep welding bay tidy
- Quality inspection of finished products
- Follow all Health and Safety procedures
- 5 years MIG/TIG welding experience (minimum)
- Good knowledge of relevant materials
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Able to meet strict targets and hit deadlines
- Adaptable and flexible
- Physically fit
