The role:

Are you an ambitious Commercial Associate 1-4 years PQE looking to work on a wide range commercial, digital transformation and outsourcing projects? If so, this leading Bristol team would like to hear from you.

With a client base of FTSE 100 and 250 clients, this team endeavours to act as a trusted business advisor in the delivery of high value strategic projects and contractual arrangements.

They are seeking to bring in an ambitious Associate with experience across a broad range of commercial contracts with solid drafting and negotiation skills. In return, you can expect to get involved with an exciting range of commercial projects including framework agreements, supply agreements, payments, digital transformation projects, outsourcing and collaborations.

Retail, financial services, logistics and technology remain key sectors for the practice and so there's some really stimulating work in the pipeline.

The ideal candidate:

  • Commercial Associate 1-4 years PQE with training and experience in a quality practice
  • Team player who enjoys working collaboratively to deliver outstanding legal services
  • Strong appetite for professional growth and motivation to consistently deliver your best
