THE ROLE: Our client, a global business are seeking a Spanish speaking Commercial Legal Counsel who will report into the Director of Risk Management and Legal Services for the EMEA region. Looking after a wide geographical area, Latin America (Chile, Peru and Argentina), Middle East and North America the successful Commercial Legal Counsel will be required to advise the business on a wide range of subjects including contract law and related commercial matters. Contract negotiations/reviews
• Dealing with any employment dispute, claims or litigations; Effectively manage a caseload of on-going legal issues/cases/queries and ensure that matters are dealt with in line with standards and service level agreements.
• Liaise with managers and decision makers with regard to on-going legal matters.
• The ideal candidate would be a qualified solicitor, with at least 4 years' PQE with proven commercial contracts experience
• Fluent Spanish speaker
