Next Geosolutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the QHSE team in maintaining and improving our QHSE systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and fostering a strong safety culture throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining and updating QHSE documentation, including policies, procedures, risk assessments, and incident reports.
  • Support the QHSE team in conducting internal audits and site inspections to ensure compliance with relevant standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
  • Help monitor and track QHSE performance indicators and produce regular reports.
  • Provide administrative support for QHSE meetings, training sessions, and audits.
  • Help maintain QHSE management systems, ensuring they remain compliant with legal and industry standards.
  • Contribute to the promotion of health, safety, and environmental best practices across all departments.
  • Keep up-to-date with QHSE regulations and standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar QHSE support role is advantageous but not required; fresh graduates with relevant academic experience are welcome to apply.
  • Basic understanding of QHSE standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to learn and develop in the QHSE field.
