Working closely with the Head of sales, you will drive the outbound lead generation process and work on different kinds of lead generation and campaigns by reaching out to prospective customers to identify their current situation and needs, as well as contacting our existing network of clients to offer ongoing partner relationship management.

Provide exceptional service and support to a panel of existing financial intermediaries in order to increase business and achieve KPIs.

* Work closely with the Regional BDM’s to help and support them to achieve our business KPI’s.

* Help define and deliver monthly telephone contact strategies to intermediaries to identify opportunities for growth and present our products and service offerings.

* Accurately record all activity in CRM system to provide a database and overview of updates to internal stakeholders

Able to work individually and collaboratively in order to achieve business objectives

* Excellent Verbal and Communication skills both on the phone and face to face

* Strong planning and organisation skills

* A willingness to take on board direction to help assist you on your career progression.
