This is a rare opportunity to join one of Scotland's legal stalwarts, they have been advising clients across Scotland on private client matters for a very long time and are respected and admired for their work.

This role shall see you join a highly experienced Private Client Team where you will successfully manage your own caseload and play a key part in the continuing success and growth of the team.

You should have a minimum of 3 years' previous experience gained within private client law and you should be familiar with Wills, Powers of Attorney, Executries, Estate Planning and matters relating to Older People Care Costs.

Naturally you shall be empathetic, with exceptional communication skills and have the ability to put your clients at ease and be able to assist and discuss clearly and concisely.

You shall also be commercially astute, be someone who meets/exceeds fee earning targets and always trives to deliver the best possible service to your clients. You'll also have one eye on your future and be willing to participate in business development activities and look for ways to improve efficiency.

This opportunity offers excellent long term career development together with a competitive salary to £65k (DOE), a performance related bonus. You will be required to attend the office and working hours are 08:30 until 5pm, however, there is some flexibility and after an initial settling in period you may be able to adjust your hours and/or have some working from home.

Candidates who are STEP qualified are of particular interest. If you do not have STEP qualification you shall be supported to attain this.
