Deputy Nursing Home Manager- NMC registered. Telford Hall Care Home

  • £51,187.50 per annum
  • 40 hours per week
  • Supernumerary only hours

Based in the heart of bustling Lawley, our stunning new 66-bedded Nursing home for older adults offers unrivalled modern facilities, including salon, tranquil lounge and garden rooms, cinema and tea room.

Please note there will be some weekend shifts as part of that working week to be discussed with manager.

As a Clinical Deputy Manager at Telford Hall, your role will involve:

  • Taking the lead in ensuring that outstanding levels of clinical care are provided to residentt all times
  • Supporting the Clinical Lead Nurse and Deputising for the Registered Manager in their absence
  • Offer supervision, support and training to Nurse, Senior Carer and Care Assistant colleagues
  • Ensuring at all times a safe, caring, stimulating and homely environment for residents and their visitors

What are we looking for?

  • Applicants should be dedicated, proactive and trustworthy RGN’s or RMN’s, with proven supervisory experience and either experience of, or a keen interest in, working in a nursing home environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, as are an enthusiastic and flexible approach to work and a keen interest in the professional development of themselves and others
  • Must be a Registered Nurse holding a valid NMC pin
