Grad Scheme with Health Tech Start-up (Cambridge)

Operations Healthcare Business development Sales Marketing

We’re a growing health tech start-up that’s determined to make a big impact in the world. We’ve just launched our product in the UK and are looking for smart, driven and ambitious grads to join our team.

You will have the opportunity to experience all aspects of the business, including Operations, Marketing, Sales and much more.

What is imperative is that you are an excellent communicator with a "can do" attitude.

The location for this role is Cambridge.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through targeted outbound calling and emailing. Research potential clients in the healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers, to build a pipeline of prospects.

2. Outreach and Engagement: Conduct initial outreach to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of the company's healthtech solutions. Utilise various communication platforms including email, phone, and social media.

3. Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies. Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.

4. Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities. Provide insights to the marketing and product development teams to help tailor the company's offerings to the evolving needs of the healthcare market.

5 . Networking and Relationship Building: Attend industry conferences and networking events to build relationships with potential clients and partners.
