Inspector/Surveyor

Full Time 40 hours per week plus, overtime to suit the needs of the business over 6 days 7am – 7pm.
Reporting to the Depot Manager, you will be responsible for on-site SHE & post install quality inspections of commercial new build and retrofit installs for both cavity wall and loft insulation. This will include customer care and complaints, and meeting with site management & homeowners face to face. Prequalifying plots/properties for suitability.
Surveying plots/properties to see if they are suitable.
A good understanding of buildings, new build & existing
Experience in Cavity Wall and or Loft Insulation Installing
Knowledge of construction, property development and building structures
Recent knowledge of H&S policies and procedures
A minimum of 3 years working within the Thermal insulation industry

May I commend your men for an excellent job done very well, they were efficient, polite and cleaned up after even washing walls down of dust produced by drilling. Just a note to say how impressed we were withthe 2 men who came to insulate our house walls last Thursday. They were very helpful with a wall vent problem,were hard at work all day and did an excellent job, even as far as washing the windows after the job was completed. I’d like to report back on the excellent job undertaken by your installer yesterday with our cavity wall insulation. There was an evident respect of my property and he cleaned up behind himself leaving little evidence that he had even been there. Your men turned up nice and early. I didn’t expect them to paint over where the holes were, so that was a bonus Wrexham County Borough Council, Housing Services have been working with A&M Energy Solutions for many years to insulate our Local Authority owned housing stock. Their property surveyors are courteous, polite and are able to communicate with our tenants and they insulation operatives carry out the work cleanly, safely with minimal disruption.
