Our Trading team is responsible for the managementand optimisation of media campaigns both on the buy-side, with our managed serviceproduct, and sell-side via our Programmatic Search Intelligence (PSI) product.
You will bemonitoring the spend and performance of these campaigns to ensure clients meet theirKPIs. Analysing data, identifying behavioural trends for optimisations and troubleshootingPMPs will also be key components of the role. The Senior Programmatic Strategist is a core contributor to the trading team. Within this team, you will have the opportunity to work with thecore teams within Captify including Sales, Client Strategy and Account Management, alongwith your fellow Traders on creative and campaign management across a variety of formatsto include and not limited to, Video, Display, and emerging formats. You will also be requiredto help train junior members of the team, and build out best practices where you see there’sneed for improvement.

We are looking for someone comfortable navigating between trading platforms, adservers, attribution models, and client-specific web analytics to isolate challenges andopportunities.
Make use of Captify’s unique data set to optimise multiple search intelligence displayadvertising campaigns
Setting up and optimising programmatic, direct response, and brand advertising campaignsvia real time bidding platforms, to ensure quality performance and profitability for clients andCaptify
Troubleshoot and resolve PMP delivery and technical issues
Provide a commercial team with inventory forecasts, data segments, optimisations, andcampaign assistance where needed
Coordinate and communicate across multiple teams including but not limited to Sales andAccount Management teams, to maximise performance and revenue.
Campaign reporting to clients, building and maintaining client relationships
Training and upskilling of the team
2-3+ years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns is required
~ Experience working on several platforms and demonstrated expertise using Google Drive,Google Sheets, MS Office (with strong emphasis in Excel), Slack & Salesforce
~ familiar working with/analysing large amounts of data, and summarising finds through reports
