As the Training Area Operative you will play a key part in helping to maintain a safe, efficient and sustainable place for our Armed Forces to train, this pivotal role is essential to the delivery of the contract. As a Variable Hours member of staff we guarantee you a minimum of 8 hours a month, this will usually be early mornings and late evenings. This is a flexible role, offering you the opportunity to work around other commitments, or a way of earning extra income.
