Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to resolve challenges and optimise operations, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
  • Health and Safety Champion: Lead health and safety training initiatives, promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Essential Criteria:

  • Experience in a Production Management or Supervisory role within food manufacturing.
  • Solid understanding of hygiene, food safety, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
  • Familiarity with BRCGS and relevant audit experience.
