Job Description

Platform Support Analyst - London/Hybrid - Permanent - £45k

My client, a leading Lloyds Syndicate are on the lookout for a Platform Support Analyst. As a Platform Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the technical support and maintenance of their insurance platform. Your primary responsibilities will include providing assistance to both external and internal users, managing support tickets, facilitating user setup and onboarding, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our platform while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot support queries from system users, both internal and external.
  • Raise tickets with software vendors' support teams, providing detailed information for swift resolution.
  • Manage support tickets through to resolution, including prioritization and stakeholder communication.
  • Assist in user setup, contract management, and onboarding of new brokers and coverholders.
  • Aid in managing broker relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Raise tickets for small process changes and communicate completion timelines and updates.
  • Conduct ad hoc platform demos when necessary.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • Previous experience with an online system/platform, with Lloyds of London insurance experience being advantageous.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer/technical support.
  • Strong presentation skills for effective communication of technical information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to delivering exceptional service.
