This is an opportunity to work with the Electrolux Group in a freshly formed team dedicated to delivering media plans that build business and brand growth. It is an interesting, dynamic, and diverse workplace in which to manage the strategic planning across multiple markets.
We are looking for someone who can come in and immediately make an impact. This is an opportunity to truly sharpen your planning chops as you will be responsible for managing the planning process in some of your own markets, as well as governing the strategic direction of the other markets in their designated commercial area (working with designated local planners).
The role reports to the EMEA Planning Director. There will be 3 Planning Managers (Europe), who will be supported by Channel Planning Specialists and Planning Executives to manage the planning process.
Develop effective, efficient, and exciting cross channel media strategies, rooted in unquestionable rationale, for Electrolux across all their Lines of Business.
Take the lead on responding to strategy briefs and driving strategic projects, supported by the Planning Director.
Responsible for supporting the Planning Director in the development, implementation and tracking of cross-channels plan, across multiple European markets.
Accountable for leveraging past campaign data and learnings to develop, refine and deliver implementation guidelines and improve future campaigns.
Responsible for staying on top of digital and media trends, with a particular focus on areas that impact the white goods industry.
Responsible for working closely with Zenith Local Market and Centralised Digital Teams to support them with the media strategy and execution.
Instrumental in creating strategies and tactical plans to meet client needs, primarily specialising in local planning (ideally in more than one country, although not essential)
Experience briefing a team of specialists and the ability to bridge strategic planning and specialist execution.
Knowledgeable in all media channels, particularly digital channels, and how they can be attributed to full funnel planning approach (“hands-on-keyboard” experience of the digital activation platforms desired but not essential).
Eager to embrace new challenges and able to operate in a changing and flexible environment.
Strong analytical skills and able to interpret data to identify trends/ opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to quickly spot and correct mistakes/ inconsistencies in data (proficient in Excel and PowerPoint essential).
Strong account management skills to ensure seamless delivery, build trust and develop an effective working relationship with Electrolux and internal stakeholders.
Passionate about multi-media channel planning based on data-led insights.
Natural curiosity and desire to help clients achieve goals.
Clear grasp of technical digital concepts with reasonable, practical technical knowledge.
Publicis Groupe operates a hybrid working pattern with employees being office-based on Mondays and two other days during the working week.
