Job Description The Solution Group, on behalf of our esteemed client, is seeking a skilled CAD Design & Project Technician to join their dynamic team. As a growing company with an expanding order book, our client specialises in the Design, Manufacture, Installation and repair of structural steel work and general engineering. Located in Essex, our client is at the forefront of innovation in the construction, marine, and industrial sectors.
Utilise CAD software for 2D & 3D detailing of construction, marine, and industrial drawings.
Conduct surveys at local sites in collaboration with engineers to gather essential data.
Create workshop manufacturing drawings and profile drawings for CNC cutting.
Collaborate with workshop supervisors to identify and resolve issues.
Proficiency in CAD software for both 2D and 3D modelling.
Experience in construction, marine, or port industries is desirable.
Knowledge of ISO Quality Management Systems is preferred.
Flexibility to visit local sites and conduct surveys as required.
