Salary: Up to £43,000 plus up to £9,000 achievable bonus - Total package up to £52,000
Hours: Full time / 40 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent
Alternatively, a candidate already in a registered manager position, looking for a new opportunity in a market leading organisation, with the children at the heart of their values and a dedicated, close knit leadership team.
The ideal candidate for this position will have strong leadership and managerial skills and must have experience working in a residential home for young people along with the appropriate qualifications.
Competitive salary & bonus scheme worth an additional £9,,000 per year
