I am seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join a luxury nursing home, local to Gravesend, Kent. As the Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, ensuring the highest standards of care for the residents. The ideal candidate will be a registered nurse with the NMC, possessing extensive experience in deputy management, strong leadership qualities, and a comprehensive understanding of CQC regulations and dementia care.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide effective leadership and support to the care team, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion.
Assist in the management of the nursing home, overseeing the delivery of high-quality care services in accordance with CQC standards.
Utilise your expertise in dementia care to develop and implement tailored care plans for residents with complex needs.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and person-centered care for all residents.
