One of Scotland's largest firms is seeking a junior Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor (NQ-2 Years' PQE) to join the team in Inverness.

This team is involved in a wide range of commercial as well as civil disputes, acting for both private and public sector clients, appearing at both the Court of Session and Sheriff Court, while regularly representing clients in appeals to the Supreme Court.

In this position, you can expect to be involved in contentious matters ranging from contract disputes to property litigation, debt recovery, contentious private client matters, contentious construction, professional negligence and Intellectual Property disputes.

As the successful candidate, you will have will have gained Commercial or Civil Disputes experience in a post-qualified position or during your traineeship and possess the passion and drive to pursue this area of law for your legal career.

The key skills this team is looking for are organisation, inter-personal, and attention to detail, to be able to handle the client-focused nature of the work as well as the tight-timescales set by courts.
