They act for the NHS and other private healthcare providers.
You will be working as a clinical risk solicitor within a team of 14 Solicitors. This will include drafting pleadings, witness statements and letters of response, conducting face to face negotiations and mediation of claims as well as preparing counter schedules. You will also be responsible for acting as the primary contact for clients on a day to day basis providing them with commercially focused legal advice.
Experience in either defendant or claimant clinical negligence or personal injury law.
