We’re looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our Head Office in Kings Hill, Kent
In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in supporting the European Financial Director, partnering with the business across Europe and India to deliver financial insights and support strategic decision making.
Partner with the business across Europe & India, providing financial insights & driving strategic decisions.
Prepare accurate & timely monthly reports, analyse data to identify trends & opportunities.
Develop & maintain financial models, forecasts & budgets, supporting the 5-year plan.
Manage & deliver finance projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Work effectively with cross-functional teams & support ERP system implementation.
Ensure adherence to IFRS & implement Group policies across relevant operations.
Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
Strong understanding of bookkeeping, financial reporting, forecasting, modelling, and budgeting.
Experience in preparing financial statements and management reports.
Proficiency in Excel and financial modelling software.
Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards.
Experience working in a FMCG or manufacturing environment.
International experience with exposure to different business cultures.
Fluency in additional European languages.
Project management experience.
Hybrid working (3 days a week in the office)
