The firm has made significant investment with the London office being a key area of focus. This is evidenced by the investment they have made into the latest technology and the number of strategic heavyweight hires made in the last 12 months alone.

You'll be joining a truly global law firm that serves the world's most innovative people and businesses.

The Role
This is a fantastic position for a Corporate Tax Associate with 1-5 years PQE to join this leading Top 20 International practice within their City of London office .

Particular areas of focus will be M&A, private equity structuring and transactions, corporate and IP/IT structuring (including cross-border planning and inward investment to the UK), funds work, financing and refinancing transactions and domestic and international tax advisory work, real estate transactions and structuring (from both a direct and indirect tax perspective).

Requirements
  • You will be a 1-5 years PQE solicitor qualified in England & Wales.
  • You will have good organisational skills.
  • You will have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
  • Excellent client relationship skills and experience in business development.
