Senior General Manager – Leading Leisure Venue

London

£50K plus bonus and excellent opportunities to progress

I am recruiting for a fantastic opportunity to join one of the fastest growing leisure brands in the UK. My client is leading the charge in their sector and this is a great opportunity to join a business with great expansion plans over the next 12-18 months. I am now recruiting for a General Manager for their site in London. This is a leisure job not to be missed. My client is looking for the best in the market

As a General Manager for their facility, you will ultimately responsibility for the overall operations and the commercials for the site. My client doesn’t believe in micro-management and wants to employ managers who ultimately will run this site as their own business. Passion and desire for always providing excellent customer service and experience is at the key as this is at the core of the strategy for the business.

Some of the key experiences we are looking for:

  • Extremely customer focussed and people orientated manager
  • Exposure of running a multifaceted facility with experience of working in some form of food and beverage operation
  • Overall business manager with understanding of P & L and desire to work with autonomy.
  • Experience of growing a business with tangible examples of this
  • Extremely keen to speak to candidates who have worked in the following customer focussed sectors: Health and Fitness, Leisure, Commercial Leisure, trampoline parks, Go-Karting centres, Bowling alleys, Competitive socials, Cinemas, Holiday parks, Cruise ships, Leisure centres, restaurants, and any other fast faced sectors.
