We are looking for a high-energy, motivated leader to help drive team
leader to work alongside technologists, system architects and project and
program managers to lead the planning and delivery of technology across
multiple initiatives and provide a high quality of service to technology
Coordinate project managers, system architects and technologists to develop plans that enable the delivery of new technologies spanning Infrastructure, client and automotive segments.
* Working alongside project and program managers, engaging with the commercial teams to provide status updates on technology delivery.
* Proven leadership experience in RTL-based IP or semiconductor technology sector
* Experience in resource allocation planning, project planning and critical path analysis
* Motivating and inspiring project teams
* Knowledge and understanding of system technologies, for instance, bus interconnects and SoC architectures.
* Project and program management experience of complex projects andor programs.
* An understanding of the ISO 26262 standard for automotive based projects
