Following award and future works within the South East, we are looking to recruit multiple site managers to further support our project team and delivery of works for National Gas.

To manage contracts to achieve targets in respect of safety, time, cost, quality and customer satisfaction.

Management of construction activities

Safety- Ensuring site standards maintained, assisting risk assessment, accident investigation, site instructions and inspections.
Quality- Ensuring standards of workmanship are maintained. Ensure completion of quality records, ensuring maintenance of process-capability
Maintaining & Updating the construction plans and associated of costs

Working together to improve standards through joint site inspections and reviews of site monitoring results.
Working together to ensure safety, quality and environmental standards are achieved
Ensuring coordination of activities are agreed with the site with the Planning Manager

Construction planning and reporting on progress.
Informing of any lost time, delays or potential compensation events.Quality records, as built information, time sheets, work records, allocation sheets etc
Meeting with Planners, Contracts Manager, Senior Agents, Project Manager.

Extensive experience of delivering multidiscipline projects in the Gas industry. Supervisory Management Training
CSCS Managers Card
IOSH / SMSTS
Willing to travel on a weekly basis.
Full UK driving license
Temporary Works Coordinator/Supervisor (desirable)
NEC 3&4 Contract experience (desirable)
Fire Warden (desirable)
