Job Description

Our client is a respected Lloyd's broker in the insurance industry. They specialize in providing innovative insurance solutions to their clients (including On-shore and Off-shore Energy risks) on a global basis.

They are looking to recruit an experienced broker to assist in servicing and placing risks within the On-shore and Off-shore Energy sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to brokers during peak periods or staff shortages.
  • Place risks into Lloyd’s
  • Build and maintain relationships with Underwriters
  • Assist in processing insurance policies and claims
  • Handle data entry and ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Collaborate with brokers to maintain client relationships and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and basic technical skills
  • Prior experience in insurance or brokerage industry – preferably within the Energy sector
  • Experience in placing risks into Lloyd’s
